The universally accepted amount of energy necessary to initiate time travel. Established in 1985 by Doctor Emmett Brown, it has proven to be very hard to create this amount of energy 1). A Mr. Fusion generator is rumored to be necessary, or a piece of plutonium. Neither one is easy to acquire.
Also a regular in Better Off 80's.
